While sleep requirements vary slightly from person to person, most healthy adults need seven to nine hours of sleep per night to function at their best. Children and teens need even more.
When we deprive our body of sleep, Other potential problems include obesity, depression, impairment in immunity and lower sex drive. Sleep deprivation can even affect your appearance. If you have difficulty focusing or remembering things. Feel less interested in sex. Find it difficult to get out of bed in the morning, need an alarm clock to wake up on time, or repeatedly hit the snooze button. You might be sleep deprive. For the sake of self care, if you work super early or late. Be sure to make enough time to get the sleep your body needs and deserves. You don’t want to compromise your immune system or any other quality due to lack of sleep. Some good ways to help the body sleep if your having difficulty, is to shower with body washes and creams that contain lavender, chamomile, eucalyptus hemp or even fresh herbs in the shower are helpful and using sugar scrubs.
Drinking chamomile tea at night will also help you sleep better at night. A good stretch and some exercise before bed can relive some stress and anxiety allowing you to sleep better.
