
Simple morning routines the human body absolutely craves!!!

Your alarm goes off for the 3rd time , and your work shift starts in 20 minute. That’s still cool, you live right up the street and all you have to do is wash up, put in your work cloths and your out the door. You made it just in time for work, whew ! But what did you have for breakfast ? You don’t get a break until 2 hours from now and lunch is 5 hours away. But a coffee and donut from next door will do until lunch. By your 1st break your so hungry , hungrier than you were before the donut and coffee. And suddenly your not feeling too good like a rush of sugar just crashed and your stomach hurts and you still have 6 hours of your shift left with no more energy. Now you ask your self, “what could I have done differently to get through my day feeling a lot better than I do now ? “

As you know the number one element our body needs is water. But did you realize you get more benefits from drinking warm or hot water rather than cold or room temperature. This helps to kick-start your metabolism, so it functions at optimal levels throughout the day. It's also a good idea to drink warm liquids with your meals as this helps to keep everything fluid and protects your internal organs. Hot tea is a great morning pick me up , it has several benefits that helps improve digestion, reduce blood pressure, strengthen your immune system and curbs you anxiety and stress.

An ideal first meal should have enough
carbohydrates to provide you with the
energy to go on with your daily duties. It
should also have sufficient proteins to
kickstart your metabolism. Adding a
portion of fruits makes sure that your body
also gets an appropriate amount of fiber
that it needs to stay full for longer.
This sound like a recipe to a protein shake to me , or what I like to call a protein smoothie. This is the perfect balanced breakfast. Low calorie, just enough carbs , protein packed, and nutrient dense !
The last thing you want is to feel sluggish through out the day or even become unreasonably hungry and cranky because you didn’t get enough nutrients in your breakfast or you easily over ate.

It only takes about 20-30 minutes of low intensity to moderate physical activity to live a healthy balanced life style. The good news is that you can spread your activity out during the week, so you don’t have to do it all at once. You can even break it up into smaller chunks of time during the day.
You can exercise any time! In the morning to get your adrenaline pumping and wake the body up or at night to relieve stress and anxiety from the day/week and have a good nights sleep. You can even do both. Some people have it in their routine to work out 2x a day because that’s just what works for them.
These 3 components are what the body absolutely crave. Try adding one or all of these to your daily routine. You will start to notice improvement in your mood, energy, metabolism and physique.
